I decided to make a emulation station on a spare computer I had. It's able to fun games really well and it's better then the Pi I got a few years back. Anyways I wanted to know how do I get new themes. Because it's kinda hard to find them. I mean I'm running the windows 10 version of emulation station with the newest Jrassa's version. So I just wanted to know how I can get them. Because I know I probably can't get the HurstyThemes downloader.

Basically you can find them on github. I don't know of (or I am unaware of), a centralized hub for them. I do know that the Batocera version of EmulationStation has a built in downloader for some of its themes Batocera Themes which you an also just download, and add to your setup. Windows executable is found here, if you want to just tie it from their GUI.

You can look at the list of the themes available in RetroPie here. The list format is 'Github user', 'Github theme repository', so

          RetroPie carbon-centered

can be found at https://github.com/RetroPie/es-theme-carbon-centered. Once you have the theme's repository, you can download the theme as a 'zip' file using the Code button
