Stuck on boot! Please help!

I’ve been stuck here for a while. I downloaded noobs, 7zip, retropie And etcher. I followed a video on YouTube step by step. I was on a desktop screen before but after I downloaded retropie to the micro sd card and tried to start it up, I just get stuck here.
