I have setup the powerblock I got (I bought in March of this year), and if I try and power from the usb-c supplied on the Powerblock. Pi4 does not power up.
If I plug the power supply into the usb-c on the pi4, pi powers up fine and if I hit the switch, it does shutdown the OS as expected.
I am using a regular switch, but even not connected, or turned to the on position, still won't power Pi.
      Any suggestions?

      Thanks Steve

Can you show an image of your hardware setup?
Instead of using a switch you could try and only short-circuit the switch pins on the PowerBlock with, e.g., a jumper. That should turn in the Pi.
        Does that change anything?
