At first I thought it wasn't in the experimental packages menu, but then found the post that indicate for R3 4.5.20 I needed to go through Optional Packages, rather than experimental. However, when I choose to install, I get this error when completed.

Could not successfully install Daphne - Laserdisc Emulator
      (/home/pi/RetroPi-Set/tmp/build/daphne/daphne.bin not found).

When I go back to the Optional screen, it shows as 109 daphne (Installed - via unknown)

So, is it installed or not?

@spanishsnowman Probably not, given the error message you posted.

Add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Installation logs are kept in $HOME/RetroPie-Setup/logs - get the latest log from there (you'll need SSH to copy it), then post its contents on pastebin.com.

The error is a generic one, the root cause for this should be detailed in the log file.
