How do I turn these off? I have Subscribe to Digest set to off but I'm still getting them.

In your profile Settings you have a section for Notifications & Sounds - check each notification type and turn off email for it.

Everything was all set to none.

Are you sure you haven't subscribed to any of the categories in the forum ?
