Where can I buy the 512 image already installed (retropie)?

I'm in the ICU and EM mostly and just built one for my cousin's bday, and wanted to give him 2 8BitDo controllers and a new Ras Pi 4 4gb, I see this image and I need it, I have the wolfanov now, but I hear this one is better? I appreciate any help and this is my first post so if it's in the wrong area kindly let me know.

Ok what is supported, RetroPie? Im a noob and see this and that, I know RetroPie, but I dont know if its different or a variant or RetroPie, is RP basically the OS for gaming on RP?
