@barbudreadmon i have a look on your HP daily, so i update as soon as dink, or anyone else of the dev-team, posted some new improvements.
Great project, keep up the awesome work and congrats to the Arcade Emulator for the pi with the most recent WIP, much appreciated!!!! Just take a look at MAME for the pi....still the old versions. Of course some games run bester because of the better hardware, but real development on new ports...nada:/ FBNEO rules!

@barbudreadmon 6 player X-Men! Amazing. So is this version available if I build from Source?

Also, good to see you're working on Saturn emulation with Kronos. Thanks for all your efforts!

Yes, i don't know if retropie updated its binaries since those improvements.

I am looking at X-Men 6 Player now.

I haven't plugged in 6 controllers yet, but my RetroArch settings only show up to "Port 5 Controls". Would it work with 6 players, or does the fact I can only configure up to 5 mean that is the limit?

There is a setting for 'max users'. It is defaulted to 5 but I think you can set it higher (although I never tried).

current MAME is available on raspberry pi. it actually performs quite well, but FBN will have the performance edge on the games they both support (MAME may be more accurate at times, but probably not in an obvious way)

Max should be 16, and the max i've seen used in a core is 10 for saturn (bomberman).

Yep, that works! I just need to find all my controllers now and then I'll give 6 player a try!

                      Thank you.
