My saves stay stuck at 0%. Can somebody help me? I'm using a rp 3.

They work fine until I try to save in "POKEMON GOLD" after that, it won't save and this carries over to other games. The only difference in my setup is I'm running my roms through a usb, maybe this is a problem? I've tried resetting the rom directories but this only works temporarily, as soon as I try to save in Poke.on gold it's back to 0%
