Is it possible to install Ouya Games natively on the Retropie, as it was an arm console? So that there just has to be a new entry on Retropie.
Or is there also an emulator needed?

Would be cool to see their games on retropie, or are their also legal restrictions?

Unlikely, since the Ouya is based on Android. Without an Android emulator/interpreter, games will not work on RetroPie (PC or Pi).

It's a pity, but thanks for that fast request, I was already hoping to be able to play cool games like: IttleDew, No Brakes Valet, Vector, Whispering Willows, Back to Bed, Hidden In Plain Sight and TowerFall Ascension on Retropie

But is it likely to happen that there will be something like such an emulator/interpreter on Retropie?

Unless there's already an emulator/interpreter that works, not likely to happen.
