Add new/custom palletes

I add a new system in retropie "hacks" and im trying to run different palletes per roms.
I am wondering if add palletes is even possible at all my attempts of trying to add palletes are not working at all. -
It might be helpful to provide some details about what you're trying to do - which emulator/system, how are you trying to add palettes, etc.
