Retro-pi storage question.

I am not sure if this go into gaming, this is related to retro-pi, but this could fall into a general Linux question i suppose. I ordered the RetroPi 4 Case which allows the use of an SSD. It is the retroflag nespi 4 case. If i were to install retro pi on the SSD card like you normally would. Could i setup an SSD as another drive letter, and use that to store more games, and load them from the SSD as well?
I don't know much about Linux specifically, I am not sure how it would handle multiple drives and formatting.

Yes, you can do that - RetroPie can use the drive for ROM storage, see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Running-ROMs-from-a-USB-drive/.
Note that the Nespi4 case SATA controller has not best compatibility with the Pi4 (ironically!) and you have to configure it before usage - see https://old.reddit.com/r/RetroPie/comments/i9f45b/retroflag_nespi_4_ssd_boot_slowness_and_workaround/ and https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=245931.

Thank you, I did see the USB drive directions i was just not sure if this would apply to the solid state storage as well.

By the way, Linux doesn't have any drive letters, but only one big directory tree where you "mount" any additional drives to any of its branches.
If you're interested, see here for more about that. 🤓
