es_settings.cfg really slow Loading system config

retropie 4.6 pi4
so if i delte the config
es_settings.cfg
the loading boot screen take a few min'...
but after i rest the emulationsation and i already have a new es_settings.cfg
it take like 20min' for the boot loading system config to load...
could be that ?<string name="SaveGamelistsMode" value="on exit" />Any ides why ?
