Pi Model or other hardware: Model B Pi 4 8 gb RAM
Power Supply used: USB-C 5V 3A Power Supply with On/Off Switch (came with Vilros kit)
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.6
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
      USB Devices connected:
Controller used:8BitDo SN30pro (usb version) and iNNext SNES
      Error messages received:
      Verbose log:
      Guide used:
File: Frogger (Track 01).bin (and Track 02), Frogger.cue, Warriors of Might and Magic (Track 01).bin (and Track 02), Warriors of Might and Magic.cue
      Emulator: PCSX ReARMed

So I know that PCSX ReARMED doesn't like Frogger.cue or Warriors of Might and Magic.cue (dumps I made from RetroArch 1.9.0, PC). They are fine with the (Track 01).bin files though. Retropie doesn't seem to list those as options in the UI and only gives me the cue files which crash PCSX ReARMED.

These cue files crash PCSX ReArmed on PC RetroArch as well. The *(Track 01).bin files run though (except Warriors of Might and Magic doesn't run well on the emulator, but at least it'll load).

Is there a way to get the .bin files in the list so I can run them from RetroPie? Or is there another solution?

The .bin extension was removed a long time ago from EmulationStation since it was causing confusion when both .cue/.bin files were present or for discs with both data and audio tracks, like Frogger in your case, causing users to load only the data track and missing the music.

Look into the RetroArch's log (enable Verbose logging) and see why the emulator fails to load the game when using the .cue. It may be that the track names are not correctly named in the .cue (case sensitivity) or the cuesheet is simply incorrect ( you can compare it with the data from redump.org ).

@mitu That was it! I renamed the tracks in the .cue file. Thanks for the help!
