      Hi, I'm wanting to automatically boot my pi into emulation station on startup, at the moment due to an issue I can resolve its booting into attract mode. Can someone write the steps I need to type into my pi to enable me to boot into emulation station on every startup. Thanks.

        booting to emulationstation is default behaviour for the official image, however here is how to configure it for a manual installation: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/FAQ/#how-do-i-boot-to-the-desktop-or-kodi
