How is DS4 Bluetooth Latency for you!?
-
I tried to add Bluetooth connection for my DS4 controller but it's giving me yuge latency, I'd say 200-250 ms roughly.
But I did this: https://github.com/macunixs/dualshock4-pi
Should this work well on a RPi4 Raspbian?
Cheers, Fred

With Raspbian my DS4 works flawlessly. Make sure the Pi's antenna (it's at the front, the same side as the power light but to one corner) has line of sight to your controller; metallic cases can interfere.

Sounds good, do you know what 'driver' software you're using to get the DS4 to work?
Just what's integrated into RetroPie or? -
@redmarsbluemoon Yes, stock Raspbian. No need for userland
ds4drv
:) Imperceptible latency atlhough I've never measured it, I can easily play even games like Street Fighter II.Try updating your packages/kernel?
apt dist-upgrade
andrpi-update
.Also be careful about interference from other wireless sources (Wi-Fi, other 2.4 GHz devices)... Maybe try moving things around and seeing if that helps. Best of luck.
