Tool to create mix screenshots ?

Is there a tool available (preferably Windows) that can create the Mix style screenshots without scraping ? I have screenshots of boxart and ingame which are all correct so I don't want to have to scrape them all again and also find out that some are wrong or have no boxart etc.
The thing is I want to display and ingame image and the boxart at the same time and i've never seen a theme that can do this. I know Retroarch can do it but not sure about emulation station.
