      Retropie v. 4.7.2 running on Ubuntu 20.04 x86 pc

I have a USB N64 controller from Retro Power Classic. It shows as a Generic USB Joystick in the setup. I changed the buttons in the InputAutoCfg.ini and everything was working great until yesterday when I updated Retropie. It works in other systems but in any N64 emulator The "A" button doesn't work and the "B" does what the "A" button should. All other buttons seem to be working fine. It works fine in EmulationStation but not in any N64 Emulator I try using.
