Ip / RetroPie Config not loading

When im on the menu and i try to open Retropie Config / Show Ip / etc... i just got a black screen and nothing looks like its loading or somethig... i changed the psu i re install retropie but nothing worked for me... i need help, i try to google it and nobody have posted nothing about that...
