      Good morning,

      I have a 4gb raspberry 4 with retropie 4.7.1

I've tried a lot of Ps1 titles from redump 2019 and they all work except Jikkyou J.League 1999: Perfect Striker (black screen after boot) there are a solution?

Your PS1 Bios should be placed in ...

            /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS/SCPH1001.BIN

If it still does not work, try manually setting Use BIOS = auto to Use Bios = hle

"hle" means high level emulation and doesn't use an external bios. It's best to always use an external bios for better compatibly, but sometimes hle can resolve a troublesome game.

                  well, try'em

my setup, i just dumped a whole bunch in the in the Retropie BIOS location

                  SCPH1001.BIN
                  scph5500.bin
                  scph5501.bin
                  scph5502.bin
                  scph7001.bin
                  scph7502.bin

                  EDIT:

i downloaded ..Jikkyou J. League 1999 - Perfect Striker (Japan) to test ... and sure enough, it doesn't work for me either in pcsx-rearmed.

It does work fine and full speed using lr-bettle-psx (My Pi4 4GB is Overclocked to 1900Mhz)

(The PlayStation Boot Logo stutters a bit when starting the game ... but, go to options and select "Skip BIOS" and the game launches quickly and smoothly)

Also in options, the Internal GPU Resolution defaults to 2x ... if you run into performance issues change it to 1x (Native)
