Hi, so my red knight Ipega controller just came, I am trying to set it up for a portable console, and I get this error, "An error occurred connecting to the Bluetooth device (Creating device failed: org.bluez.AuthenticationCanceled: Authentication Canceled)" I have tried many security options, and it still won't work! Can someone help, please? Thanks! - Jackson :)
P.S. Its on a real Raspberry Pi, not linux PC

This looks like a mobile only gamepad - does it support working with a PC (or compatible) ?

@mitu yes, I have tried it on pc and it works. When I tried doing bluetoothctl, it just said connected: yes then immediately said, connected: no.
also, on this post: (https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/20876/how-to-get-the-ipega-pg-9087-bluetooth-controller-working-with-retropie?_=1612526947774) it worked for him. is it just my pi? I have a raspberry pi 4, with a keyboard plugged into it, and an ethernet adapter.

@gaming99retropie you may need to disable "ertm" for the Bluetooth to connect
