Connection issues

So i'm having a weird issue. I'm able to connect to my smartphone hotpost, but not my computer one. I don't use any password on the first but can't remove the password on the later. It's a problem for me as the connection from my phone is much slower. I can see the hotpost just fine, but after I enter the password, it just gives me "Unable to connect to wifi".
