Is it possible to use different versions of roms, ie Rev 2 instead of the parent rom? I've got a problem with Atari Star Wars which is working but freezes on level 3 before you enter the Death Star. Trying a different rom might be a solution as there's a few revisions out there (Rev 1, 2) but I can't get them to load?

      I'm running Retropie 4.7.1 on a Pi4 using MAME 2003.

      Thanks!

@mrnoholster yes. just launch the other version. note, if you're using a split romset you will need to include the parent rom (typically the one without a revision in the file name) in the same directory for dependencies to be met. if you're using a non-merged romset it won't matter - each rom is standalone and should launch.
