Retropie 1.54 inch screen hat not working

Hi, I need Help I was sitting here the whole day and was trying to get it to work. I want to make a micro emulation station and I’m using a raspberry pi 3 B+ (later im going to be using a zeroW, but still have to wait for it to arrive) and a 1.54-inch GPIO screen with Buttons, which I bought off amazon. I got the buttons to work, with GPIOnext but no matter what I try I just can’t get the Screen to work.
