I am working on my Mame collection, using .78 as my base and using 2010 to fill in some gaps (via help I received in another thread). The default 2003 core works fine for most, but about 20-30 games need the experimental 2010 core. I have to hit A at the load screen to get the configuration screen up that allows me to set a custom core per rom.

My question is, where is this information stored? I want to include it in some custom config files I already have, that way I don't have to reset this every time I refresh my image. I've looked in the usual places, but can't seem to find anything pointing those specific roms to a custom core setting (IE: the 2010 instead of 2003).

@alphabetapie if it helps in the future, here is a guide to most of the config files.

            Github/helper scripts * Creativision/Arcadia/Astrocade guide * Amiga guide * Atari 8bit guide
