What theme would you choose for a cabinet?

Let's say for the sake of argument that you were to build an arcade cabinet for your retropie... what theme/decals would you choose?
For most people this likely coincides with what arcade game they were most fond of playing when they were young.
Having said that I'm not entirely sute.
For an upright I;d be tempted to use space invaders, but for a table top it would almost certainly need to be Xevious.

I honestly didn't use a theme, I just felt the decals were a bit too much, so I just left mine as plain black (also make sure the room is dust free when ur painting lol)
If you really want to use decals, I'd go with ur favorite movie/tv franchise or something like that, or a popular arcade game like space invaders or Galaga

Where are you going to keep this arcade?

Would you make a SNK Neo Geo theme? I would claim that the SNK MVS Arcade Cabinet is one of the very best Arcade Cabinet systems to have been created. On top of that it had many great games such as Metal Slug (1,2,X,3,4,5), King of the Fighters (97,98,99), Twinkle Star Sprites, Waku Waku 7, Samurai Shodown etc.
Are you going for a Modern Touch or a Retro design? I was looking at the Arcade Cabinets that was used for more current games like Blazblue (Taito Type X2) and Bombergirl (Bomberman spin-off)
Taito Type X example

Well, I actually built one and chose to design it like the original Asteroids cabinet:

I wanted a single, classic design with a black background and vibrant, high-contrast colours to emphasise the retro character of the cabinet.
