Error on ROM loading

Hello all, when I reboot my system i get an error on the screen on the first ROM boot. It still runs ok but just wondering if I can get rid of it:
Error finding/creating fileData for "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/fbneo", skipping.
I've looked in the folder but can't figure it out, any help would be appreciated!

Looks like an issue with your gamelist - did you scrape the arcade system with an external scraper ? Can you add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Version 4.7.7
With an image from official site

I used skyscraper to scrape roms

Are the permissions on the /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/fbneo folder ok ? Can you run

ls -ld /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/fbneo

and post the output ?

After running I got:
drwxr-x--- 2 pi pi 4096 Apr 21 11:32 /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/fbneo

The permissions look fine. The message is from EmulationStation, not from running a game. You only see it when EmulationStation goes into the background at the time a game is launched.

Normally this message is logged when EmulationStation encounters a folder when it expects a file, but I've only seen it associated with the Daphne system. It doesn't affect gameplay.
