After failing at getting lr-scummvm to work ages ago, i thought i'd give it a try again, but there's still no mention of it on the scummvm page, the forum doesn't result in much results either.
So what is required for lr-scummvm to work with my scummvm games?

There is some info on the core documentation page at https://docs.libretro.com/library/scummvm/.

@mitu Thanks, i managed to get it working on pc using that, but how do i start the core without content on retropie?
I tried starting retroarch from the retropie menu, and then "Load Cöre and found there's no cores listed there.
In the rom folder there's a *.sh file that launches the standalone scummvm, how can i make a file like that for the retroarch core?

            Create a .sh file containing

            /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch --config /opt/retropie/configs/scummvm/retroarch.cfg -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-scummvm/scummvm_libretro.so

and it should launch RetroArch with the core loaded.

@mitu thank you that did the trick, i found all the paths where already set within the core, and it's good to go.

It seems for them to show up in ES i'd have to manually put a *.scummvm file in each game folder with the game ID.
The *.svm files of the standalone do not work with it, so i think i'll just stick with using the shortcut to the core instead and load the games from there.

                Hello!

I used the mass add in lr-scummvm.
Before that i had made matching svm files , and they were updated by the mass add.
However loading games directly from emulationstation doesn't work, it just loads lr-scummvm and says game not found.
If I launch from within lr-scummvm it works fine.
I checked the content of the svm file for the game The 7th Guest, and it had the content 'The7thGuest' which does not match the game id listed here https://www.scummvm.org/compatibility which ought to be 't7g'.
I tried to change the content of the svm file to the id from the list above but same result..
Not really sure how to proceed from here, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated! :)
