@escc1986 You joined this forum in 2019, so I suspect you have some experience with RetroPie. I'll base my information on that assumption. Mind that I have no experience with Atari on RetroPie, but with many other systems from Arcade over several home consoles to lately Commodore Amiga.

Did you already read the Docs about Atari ST? If not, please do so to learn the basics of its configuration. The raw steps should be this:

        1. Install lr-hatari from the experimental packages in the RetroPie-Setup.
        2. Get the tos.img from somewhere™ and place it in the directories listed in the Docs article.
        3. Put your Atari ST disk images in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/atarist. The supported file formats are listed in the Docs.
        4. Either disable the option Main Menu > Other Options > Parse Gamelists Only in Emulation Station or scrape your atarist system. Then you should see a new "Atari ST" system with your disks in it in Emulation Station.

That's it in a nutshell. It's not a complete step-by-step Noob Guide, but then again RetroPie isn't really suitable (or meant) for "noobs". It requires some will to educate yourself in the necessary skills. That said, it's not rocket science either and already has many helpful automations and GUI configurations.

Feel free to ask any further questions that might come up.
