Making a link in retropie menu

Hi mates, Its there any way to create a link in the retropie menu to an option in the retropie-setup? For example, bluetooth its linked, and wifi, i want to make a link to the shaders option so i can change shaders and other options without accesing via putty or terminal.
I program some bach files and created my own menu options (for example to change audio output), but i dont know how to make a link like that. Thanks.

@codafire Some RetroPie Setup function can be invoked directly via menu items, some not. Shaders are just one set of options in the configuration editor's menu, so they're not meant to be run standalone. Just start the configuration editor from the RetroPie system and configure shaders from there.
