I have a Atari dual stick trackball controller. I hooked up a wireless mouse with pad and now my trackball only is recognized as a pc style mouse/trackball that moves only the cursor inside games and on the raspberry desktop. In games like missile command I can see it moving a cursor but not the crosshairs which are only moved with the joystick. Trackball is on 0 and mouse pc trackball wired is on 1. I took the wireless pad keyboard off and booted many times with no change. I have heard of others doing this and working but mine I think is different due to both devices moving cursors and neither working the games. Mame 03 and 10 still no changes. Changed RA settings in users bind to 0 1 2 and nothing. FRUSTRATED! Cant find the RA config files using WinSCP to update. Retropi RA seems to have a diff file structure than the instructions online. I dont see a opt folder anymore. All updated system.

@tamisium In the RetroArch menu's Quick Menu -> Options, do you have "Mouse Device" set to "mouse"?

I am also known as "StormedBubbles"
