Sega Naomi bin/cue not working

I have a Sega Naomi rom that uses a bin/cue format. It does not work when launching the cue because it just goes to the Dreamcast Main Menu. And if I try to use to launch the game from its bin, it just gets a Sega Naomi error. Doe these not work at all with Flycast? Whats the fix to this? And Yes I do have the namoi.zip bios in my dc folder.

From the RetroPie Docs for the lr-flycast :
Accepted File Extensions: .cdi .chd .gdi for Dreamcast ROMs, .zip for Naomi/Atomiswave games.
Check also the hash of your bios file, it must be the same with the one in the RetroPie Docs.
