Ok, so this is probably a really dumb question, but I need to be able to navigate the retroarch menu with my joystick on my custom game pad because my d-pad doesn’t really work right for all directions. Is this possible? I’ve already bound my controller in retroarch and emulation station, but the joystick doesn’t work in retroarch. It works for everything else though.

@bdpyle also, is it possible to use the joystick for older games that weren’t meant for a joystick, instead of using the d-pad?

set “use analog stick as dpad” where appropriate
