Hi there, due to my own stupidity I transferred (via usb) to my Pi3 a few PSX roms without unzipping them, and now they are in the system taking up SD card space, but obviously don't show on EmulationStation. How can I delete them? Many thanks.

SSH, Samba, or you can plug in a keyboard; there's a file manager app in the RetroPie menu or you can use the command line.

You can hit F4 on the ES menu to get to the command line of the Pi. If using Samba or SSH you can get to the file structure on another computer, WIndows for example.
