      Do all PlayStation (1, 2, ect.) ROMS all go in the "psx" folder?

        Playstation1 roms are going to the psx folder , and Playstation2 roms to the ps2 folder. You can read more on the RetroPie docs:

          @jay-0 PSX-Folder=Playstation 1 roms only.
          You can use the PS2-Rom-Folder for PS2-Roms as far as you are running Retropie on a PC and not on a Pi.
          PS3-, PS4- and PS5 are not supported at all.

            @windg That is what I figured. However, I don't see a ps2 folder in the ROM folder. Can I just add it and the emulator will see it?

              @windg I am going to have to get an emulator, correct? If so, how do you add an additional emulator to the Pi?

                Yes you can add the folder , but if you are using a Raspberry Pi you can't play Playstation 2 games.

                My English isn't at a good level.
