Emulation Station Crashed!
-
Hello....
I'm running a raspberry pi 3b+ with retropie version 4.5.1 along with canakit power supply and image that I put together from a bunch of other images. I've modded quite a few arcade 1up cabinets and have NEVER ran into this issue. A new NBA Jam built and started it up after mod. Everything worked as normal like it does every time minus I had to reformat the controls (which I don't normally need to do). The controls worked on Emulation station, but not in games. After reformatting buttons everything worked/played as normal. Shut it off and powered it up later. I get this message saying Emulation Station Crashed! It happens at the same spot every time, right after emulation station is finished loading all the emulators and says done....right at done.

It now does this probably 4 or 5 out of 10 times when I either shutoff completely or restart system. I've changed out the pi, power cord, plugged in different outlet, changed to carbon theme and nothing changes. I've also taken the sd card out and put it into another arcade and it works perfectly. I've taken a sd card out of another mod arcade that works perfectly and put it into the NBA Jam and it does it again (crash message). I've done 4 player arcades previous (along with 2 player) and have never had an issue.
What am I missing or not trying? Did something go on when reformatting the controls? Any help would be great as I've looked all over and can't find a thing for this EXACT issue. I don't speak computer lingo so please speak normal. I've never posted on here or anything, but have appreciated great advice on here when I first started to mod cabinets. Thank you in advance! -
