      I downloaded a PSX game

But it is not an ISO file like duplex-deadpool.iso

It is an SFV file and a folder containing from duplex-deadpool.r00to~duplex-deadpool.r55, an additionalduplex-deadpool.rarfile and anduplex-deadpool.sfv file
      like this

      duplex-deadpool.r00
      duplex-deadpool.r01
      duplex-deadpool.r02
      duplex-deadpool.rar
      duplex-deadpool.sfv

      What should I do?

.rNN files are split .rar compressed archives. to extract the lot, open the .rar file in a program that can understand .rar compression. eg https://www.7-zip.org/ - it will pull from those .rNN files as appropriate.

.sfv files are just checksum data. you can ignore it.
