Hey folks! I wanted to play MKWii (Mario Kart WIi) but i get this error:

could not write to read from wii system memory

Note that yes I am running it on a amd64/x86 computer.
EDIT: For some reason, GC (Game Cube) games work. Note that Dolphin supports GC and Wii.

      Thanks

Please provide more info about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, including the /dev/shm/runcommand.log logfile, taken after receiving this error in Dolphin.
Do all Wii games exhibit this error or it's just for Mario Kart Wii ?
