Anyone successfully running RetroPie on Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W?
-
Hi
I tried images retropie-buster-4.7.1-rpi1_zero.img.gz and retropie-buster-4.7.1-rpi2_3.img.gz and on both I'm stuck at RetroPie logo, cannot get to Emulation Station.
Should it work? Can I make some changes to make it working? Is a special image required which is not ready yet?

@schovan
Use the RPI 2/3 image from https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weeklyActually don't. They are broken due to an OS update in my server. I will fix them asap

@schovan Restored from backup. The RPI 2/3 image from https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weekly should work.
-
@buzz The image works. Thank you very much.

@buzz I tried using the files in the weekly site, and they all seem a lot smaller than they look in how-to videos for loading onto a Zero 2 W. They also do not boot when imaged.
They seem about 800MB too small and updated Dec 19.
Anyone else having this issue?

@psykoth Yep same issue here. Glad it's not just me!

Sorry. Looks like something has gone wrong with the new build system. I'm not at home but will try to remote in and regenerate from my phone.

Have triggered image building and they should be available again soon. Looks like it's not working properly from the cronjob. I will disable it until I can look into it.

Images are available again.

@buzz Thank you! Flashed and booted perfectly.
