So I was trying to install BIOS files and ROMs directly onto the micro sd card my pi uses but it is detected as a 256mb card but it should have 32 gigs how do I solve this?

      I use a MacBook and a raspberry pi 3.

Sorry if this is something obvious I am fairly new to this.

Get an app that will read Linux-formatted volumes on your Mac computer, or use one of the sanctioned methods to transfer roms.
