Error messages received: Career mode wont work

How to replicate the problem:Hope someone can help have been trying to get this to work for weeks now posting for help
SWOS career mode wont work on a RetroPi on via Amiberry
I have read articles about setting Immediate blitter and updating WHDload.db.xml which I have done
I note that when i start the Amiberry exe manually its set to wait for blit - Is there a way to se the default to Immediate ? when I tick the box it just keeps resetting when i turn offf
