Work In Progress Nintendo Switch Theme

This is a theme based on Lilbud's Switch Theme
https://github.com/Bluebotlaboratories/Retropie-Switch-Theme/

It adds many changes such as more accurate colours, dynamic button hints
It also fixes a few scaling glitches and has a new font which is closer to the Switch's font

It also makes the dark mode look a lot better and also has SVG switch buttons rather than PNG ones
4:3 mode does not currently work unfortunetely
