      I bought a new SD card to setup retropie for my Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (2GB) but all I get is a black screen that says:

      start4.elf: is not compatible
      This board requires newer software

      I've tried downloading an older image of retropie but it gives me the same result. I know it's not the SD card because I can boot up Raspbian just fine on it.
