      Hi,

I lost my sd card with Retropie on it, so decided to download Retropie 2/3 and make a new one. But no matter what I do, I cannot get the download to complete. I have tried different browsers, tried downloading on my phone (to then transfer across) etc - anything else I download on my connection is no problem.

Is there an alternative link to the one on the Home Page of the Retropie site? Anyone have the same issue and has found a solution?

      Many thanks!

I just try to download the image and its completed without problems.

You can try to download the image from here : https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weekly/ or use the Raspberry Pi Imager tool. It have option to install RetroPie.

If you still have problem, try to restart your router.

My English isn't at a good level.

The download doesn't seem to be a problem from my end, so the Github's/Amazon download page doesn't have a problem. Maybe something from your ISP/Internet connection ?

Alternatively, try @windg's suggestion, the download will be from retropie.org.uk directly.

            Hey!

Many thanks to both of you for your feedback!

In the end, it was the Raspberry Pi Imager tool that got the job done - excellent!

Unfortunately, the weekly builds link didn't work for me, the same problem continued. I also, out of curiosity, tried Firefox (as was trying Safari and Chrome) and pressed the resume function every time the download failed along the way - that method completed the download.

Anyway, thanks again for your help re the Raspberry Pi Imager help! :)
