      Pi3 , Pi4
RetroPIe 4.8 installed from Pi imager
      Scummvm v2.6.0

I have the game with folder name Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. I add it from the menu of scummvm emulator and a .svm file generated : atlantis-fm.svm. Inside this file, is the name of the game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (FM-TOWNS/English).

The problem is that the short name of the game is appeared on the emulationstation and not the correct one. Is it possible to reverse the way the file is generated and the short name to be inside the file ?

I try the official way from the wiki but the games they don't start. Thanks

My English isn't at a good level.

I think i found a way to make the shortcuts appear correct on the emulationstation. I put every .svm file (that was generated when i add the games from scummvm gui) inside the game folder and now the full name of the game appear on the emulationstation and the game start fine.

My English isn't at a good level.

Thanks for replying with the workaround you found.
And yes, the implementation and wiki are not aligned yet as there is a pull request pending.

If you stick to ScummVM only (and not plan to use retroarch / lr-scummvm) these suggested changes work well, as they do interchange filename and filecontent.

However, when lr-scummvm is considered to use the same setup things get a little more wicked, I assume this is why there is no decision yet which way to implement it.
