      Hey there,

      i run into some issues with my arcade-controllers.
      I bought a 2Player Kit from "EG-Starts"
      1 Joysticks and 8 Buttons each.
      The recognized name for the Gamepads are "Dragonrise Inc Generic USB Joystick"
      I configured the input and everything seems to work fine.
      But in some games the input-mapping got changed and i cannot exit several games with the hotkey button.
      And after exiting some games where the hotkey-button works, the controller input-mapping changed too. So in retropie where i can start my game of choice, all buttons are changed.
      Can someone help me with that or got an idea of how i can fix this?

        Please fill out the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

        Are both player kits wired similarly ? If they're not, you may encounter issues due to the mis-matched input mapping.

          @mitu
          I found the solution, one button was wired differently compared to player1.
          That fixed all the problems... sometimes its very simple!
