Acorn Electron for SCV720 ES Theme

The Acorn Electron isn't supported by RetroPie but thanks to the work of @Folly it is possible to install an Acorn Electron Emulator called Elkulator. Unsurprisingly, the Acorn Electron system isn't included in any ES themes. Folly has customised the Carbon theme so it supports the Acorn Electron. I have added the system to the SCV720 theme (I'm currently using).
I reused the Acorn Electron logo file (system.svg) for the system name which was courtesy of Folly's Github.
