      Pi Model: 4b
      Power Supply used: LabistsModel XSD-
      RetroPie Version Used : 4.8
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: keyboard, spinner, sound, trackball and pinout board
Controller used: pinout momentary contact buttons & joystick
Guide used: Followed instructions from Retropie site
      Emulator: Emulation station, Mame2003
Attachment of config files: not sure which files needed for diagnosis
How to replicate the problem: Every install

Is there anyway to access the pi folders from a PC? Going through the internet only shows 4 folders and reading the SD card on the PC does not show much.

You could use a tool like Filezilla to transfer by SFTP
        https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Transferring-Roms/#sftp

You just need to make sure SSH is enabled:
        https://retropie.org.uk/docs/SSH/#enable-ssh

Please read the Docs before asking a new question.
