[New Theme] ckau-book-enhanced

Based on the famous ckau-book theme, ckau-book-enhanced adds support for many more systems (174 in total) as well as 2 new views for gamelist.
The theme is compatible with Emulationstation on Batocera and Retrobat but it should work also in Retopie (maybe some artworks/layouts need to be renamed to match Retropie's roms/systems naming convention)
So testers and contributors are welcome!

Unfortunately the theme doesn't work with the EmulationStation version distributed by RetroPie.
