Request: update pcsx2 install script to show CHD

The current version of PCSX2 that gets installed with retropie supports CHD files, but the install script still only sets ES to show only ISO files.
I hope this can be updated at some point.
(PS: Is this the right place to make such requests?)

For now i just updated my es_systems.cfg to reflect the change.

@Crush you could probably add it to the list of extensions here to integrate it into the setup script.

Yes, thanks for bringing this up, we'll add the extension to the ps2 system.
