usbromservice problems

Hello, i tried using usbromservice on my Raspberry Pi 4, but when i activate it and reboot with my USB, all game systems are gone, RetroPie configuration is gone, and all that's left is "All", "Faves" and "Recent". this has happened multiple times, my USB is 128 GB and Fat32, please help.

You haven't mentioned what you're intending to do with the
usbromservice, but it appears you're trying to store the ROMs on the USB, as explained in the Docs - did you follow the steps from the documentation page ? -

Attachment of config files: not available to me atm
How to replicate the problem: not sureIve followed the steps of automatic mount, but still not working, ill try manual mount soon, and if it works ill let you know.
